In-Office Visits:

Initial consultation is $300 for a 1.5 hour visit. Supplements are an extra cost. Ann will educate you on how to purchase your own supplements, yet there might be some professional products that are necessary to purchase in the beginning of your program.
Your first visit consists of examining your case history, Ann accessing body systems via a quantum software program, making nutritional changes, employing detoxification methods using nutrition and supplementation. Your first visit is thorough and you will leave feeling confident to begin your individualized health program.
Repeat visits are $150 for 1 hour visit. Visits are once a month after initial consultation. Follow up treatments consist of examining what changes have occurred and what new changes to diet and supplementation need to be made. The average client sees Ann for a total of three visits; autoimmune diseases/cancer will require more visits.
Hypnosis: In-Office Visits

Hypnosis sessions are $200 for initial visit (1 1/2 hours). Follow up visits (1 hour) are $150. Stop smoking hypnosis session is a one-time visit for $300. Client receives a live recording of the hypnosis session on CD to take home and cement the positive changes.
Ann Boroch is a Certified Nutritional Consultant, Naturopath, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Iridologist, and not a medical physician. The treatment you will receive is considered alternative and complimentary to healing arts services licensed by the state. The services to be provided though are not licensed by the state. Services provided are nutritional therapy, natural detoxification methods, supplements and herbs, biofeedback (not FDA approved and not used exclusively for treatment), and/or hypnosis. I agree to discuss these therapies with my primary doctor and/or oncologist. Ann does not bill any insurance companies.
Cancellations

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I would appreciate more time than 24 hours if you know in advance that you can not make it. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, and the reason is not an emergency you will be charged half the amount of your visit. |
